The following General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Dance Gods Company and its customers for participation in workshops and events in Munich, as well as the use of our website. Deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly acknowledged in writing by Dance Gods Company.

3. Registration
Registration for workshops is carried out electronically via an online form on our website. By registering, these GTC are deemed accepted and a binding, paid purchase contract is concluded. Submitting the registration form obliges the participant to pay the full participation fee. Refunds are not possible.
4. Payment
The participation fee for workshops is to be paid by bank transfer. Payment information will be communicated after registration.
5. Videos and Photography
Photos and videos are taken during Dance Gods Company events. These recordings may be published on social networks and for marketing purposes. By participating in the events, the customer consents to the use of these recordings for advertising and marketing purposes.
6. Liability
Participation in workshops is at your own risk. Dance Gods Company accepts no liability for injuries, loss, or damage to property during events, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Dance Gods Company reserves the right to change or cancel workshops for organisational reasons. Customers will be informed of changes in a timely manner by email. Payments already made for cancelled workshops will be fully refunded.
8. Data Protection

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including texts, images, videos, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Dance Gods Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Use of this content is only permitted with express permission.
10. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

Dance Gods Company reserves the right to amend these GTC. Changes will be published on the website and shall apply to all future contracts.
12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Munich, Germany. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
